Born and raised in the Philippines surrounded by educators Ofelia continued the family tradition of serving others as an educator. Her greatest love was sharing her Filipino culture with her Filipino-American students. As a champion for all cultures, especially the vulnerable it is her heart upon which this foundation was created.
